  • Day of Coordinator..........$1000.00
    • ​Includes Rehearsal 
    • Timeline Coordination
    • Determining responsible parties for end of evening items, such as Margarita machine, Cards and Gifts, left over food and other wedding items. 
    • Coordinating with Officiant, DJ and Photographer for queing  time of event.  
    • Vendor Coordination with Florists, DJ, Caterers, Drink and Cake deliveries and others. 
    • Final exam of reception area for lighted candles, programs, favors, decor and other items to be in place. 
    • Inform Bride and Groom of schedule and placement. 
    • Line up Ceremony Processional
    • Ceremony and Reception troubleshooting.  
    • Departure of Bride and Groom
  • DECOR load & delivery.........$100+
    • ​Centerpiece and smaller items are packed in bins. Depending on the items rented, it may take more than one load of DECOR.
  • PROPS load & delivery .........$100+ 
    • ​Large props such as wine barrels, old doors, and arches. Depending on the items rented, it may take more than 2 people to load ($50 for each additional person required)
  • ​DECOR set up/ breakdown.....$400+
    • ​We set up and style all  Centerpieces, Props and More, usually with 2-4 people. Depending on time constraints items rented, and guest count, it may take more to set up and breakdown. ($50 for each additional person required)
  • ​Venue Clean Up......................$125+
    • ​Breakdown tables and chairs and clean facility. Check with your venue first- it may be included in the venue rental cost.
