Services Available:
DOC Package - $2000 Includes both Day of Coordinator and Decor Set up/Take down ($200 savings from pricing below)
- DOC Day of Coordinator Only $1600
- Experienced Coordinator and assistant for up to 14 hours on the Day of your wedding to make it stress free and fun for you, your family and guests! We begin working with you as soon as we are booked, helping with guidance, vendor referrals, your visions of your dream wedding and timelines for planning, and more. Two months prior to your wedding, we work closely with you, vendors and venue for all the details to come together on wedding day. Memories are precious - Celebrate with Southern Celebrations!
- DECOR Set up/Take down Only $600
- We set up and style all Centerpieces, Props and More, usually with 2-4 people. Depending on time constraints items rented, and guest count, it may take more to set up and breakdown. ($75 for each additional person required)
Note: Set Up/ Take Down of decor is Basic. Anything that requires ladders, manpower, or Time constraints will be extra. ( See pricing for a few common extras, such as, place settings vs. Charger napkin, etc).
- DECOR load & delivery.........$100+
- Centerpiece and smaller items are packed in bins. Depending on the items rented, it may take more than one load of DECOR.
- PROPS load & delivery .........$100+
- Large props such as wine barrels, old doors, and arches. Depending on the items rented, it may take more than 2 people to load ($50 for each additional person required)
NOTE: Prices subject to change without contract. You may choose all or none, depending on your budget.
Day of Coordinator Package also includes Decor Styling, Set up/ Take Down of all your decor!
